We have been in school for a month and I, for one, am excited to be back in a routine. I hope you and your children are, too!
Reminders
With the weather changing soon, please remember to send in extra clothes appropriate for colder weather.
Please label EVERYTHING! This includes coats, mittens, hats, water bottles, ice packs and lunch boxes. We do the best we can to make sure your children’s things get home, but it makes things so much easier if all items you send to school have your child’s name on them.
Butter Braids
Bethlehem Preschool will be selling Butter Braids starting October 17th thru October 30th . Delivery is November 19 th before the Holidays. Please note, this fundraiser is optional, as we have many families past and present that enjoy serving Butter Braids during the holiday season.
The Butter Braids are $17.00 or $18.00 each, depending on which type you choose to purchase. We are offering: Cinnamon Rolls w/cream cheese icing; Apple; Strawberry and Cream Cheese; Bavarian Crème w/ chocolate icing; Chocolate; and Four Cheese and Herb w. Marinara Sauce.
Order forms will be in your child’s backpack on Thursday, October 17 th . In addition to items you want to purchase, if you have friends or family members who would like to order, please include their information on this form. We ask that you write one check for your entire order payable to Bethlehem Preschool. Payment is due on October 30 th with your order form.

Thursday, October 3: Picture Day!.
Tuesday - Thursday, October 8th - October 10th : Bethlehem Preschool is Closed for a WCS Professional Development Day and Fall Break.
Tuesday, October 22 nd – Gentry’s Farm Field trip: Miss Robyn and Miss Shelley’s Pre-k classes will enjoy a visit to Gentry’s Farm. More information will be provided closer to the date of the trip. Please have your child wear his/her class t-shirt for this event.
Wednesday, October 23 rd – Bethlehem Preschool Pumpkin Patch: Miss Jennifer, Miss Paula and Miss Samantha’s classes will visit the pumpkin patch located on the grounds of the preschool. Each child will choose a pumpkin to bring home. Please have your child wear his/her class t-shirt for this event.
Saturday, October 26 th – Trunk ’R Treat: Bethlehem United Methodist Church will host this family-friendly event at the church from 4:26 – 6:26 p.m. Children are invited to wear a costume and bring a bag; adults are invited to wear a costume, decorate the trunks of their cars and enjoy passing out goodies to the children in attendance. There will be crafts, games, bounce houses and more! All are invited to attend!
Wednesday, October 30 th - Butter Braid order forms and checks due
Thursday, October 31 st – Trick or Treating and Halloween Parties: Your child’s teacher and room parents will be in touch with more information about individual classroom plans.
