Reminders

Please remember to stay in your cars in the car rider line.  We will help your children get in and out of your cars each morning and afternoon.  Also, please pull up and out of the line to buckle your children in their car seats.  

Dismissal time in the afternoon for all children is 2:30.  We will open outside doors at 2:20 for you to begin pick up.  If a classroom door is closed, please wait outside the door and the teacher will let you know when she is ready to end class for the day.

At dismissal time, do not allow your younger children into the classrooms to play.  By that time of the day, toys have been put away and the rooms are being arranged for cleaning over the weekend.

Please send your child’s lunch in a Bento box or a similar single container with spaces for food items.  

Please check your child’s folder each day.  Artwork, important papers and calendar information is included most, if not every, day for you to review.

Please remember to label all the items you send to school with your child, especially water bottles.  They are taken to the playground and, at times, placed in the bin of another class, or placed on a play structure, etc.  It helps us get them back to the correct child, if names are on them!

Kroger Community Rewards

If you shop at Kroger, please consider linking Bethlehem Preschool to your Kroger Plus Shopper’s Card.  If you log onto your Kroger Plus account, you can select Bethlehem Preschool as your Non-Profit Organization (NPO) by entering number LL102.   That way, every time you shop at Kroger, and use your Kroger Plus Card, the preschool will receive cash rewards from your purchase.

• Immunization Audit – Tuesday, September 19 (please make sure your immunization record or religious exemption form is turned in by this date)
