Important Dates

• Super Tuesday Voting Day: In keeping with the Williamson County Schools’ recent

  calendar change, Bethlehem Preschool will be closed on Tuesday, March 5.

• Spring Break: Bethlehem Preschool will be closed March 11-15 for Spring Break.

• Summer Camp: There are still spaces available for our summer camp, to be held June

  3 - 6 from 9:00 – 1:30. The camp is for those ages 2 – 6; children are not required to be

  completely potty-trained. Please contact Theresa Stephenson at

  tstephenson@bethlehemumc.com with any questions.

Important Reminders

Brightwheel Information: Please enable Brightwheel notifications on your phone app.

This will allow you to see important messages in a timely manner.

Also, please remember to check your child in and out each day. There are QR codes

throughout the building as well as tablets with a check-in kiosk for your use. While this

is tedious and time-consuming, it is a DHS requirement and part of the assessment

process for all preschools in Tennessee.

Tuesday and Wednesday Extra Hour Sign-Up: Please remember to sign your child

up for the extra hours so we know how many teachers to have in place to take care of

your children. There is a separate sign up for Tuesday and Wednesday…just because

you’ve signed your child up for Tuesday does not mean he or she is automatically

signed up for Wednesday.

Also, please make sure you have not already signed your child up before adding his/her

name to the bottom of the list. Taking an additional space for the same child may deter

another family from taking advantage of this extra hour.

Fall 2024 Registration: We still have openings in our 2 Pre-k classes, our Younger 3’s

Owls class and our One Year Old Ducklings class. If you know anyone looking for a
