Spring is here! That means our school year is almost over, but we still have so much to
do!
Important Information
-Walk the Easter Story on the grounds of Bethlehem United Methodist Church. You
may have noticed the colorful spinning pinwheels at the end of the main church
driveway. This marks the beginning of the child-friendly trail with story-boards that tell
the account of Easter. You are welcome to follow the path with your children. Thank
you to April Jackson, Children’s Minister at Bethlehem, for creating this special family
experience.
-Because you prepaid one month’s tuition in the spring of 2023, the month of April
marks your last monthly tuition payment for the 2023-2024 school year.
If you registered your child or children at Bethlehem Preschool for the 2024-2025 school
year, you will receive an email later this month with information about your first of nine
(9) equal tuition payments, due by June 1 st , to secure your spot for the year. The
remaining eight (8) payments begin in September, 2024, and run through next April,
2025.
Tuition will remain the same for the 2024-2025 school year, with the charge for our 3-
day program being $355/month, and for our 2-day program, $255/month. We continue
to offer the sibling discount of $20/month; military discount of $15/month; and a discount
of $15/month to members of Bethlehem United Methodist Church.
-Brightwheel has made paying tuition so much easier with online options. From the
beginning of our use of this system, we specified that Bethlehem Preschool would pass
any and all fees related to online payments on to those who took advantage of this
option.
As a reminder, the charges for bank transfers (ACH) are 0.6%, with a minimum fee of
$0.25 and a maximum of $2; credit/debit cards are 2.95%.
We continue to accept checks and cash for payment of all fees.
Important Dates to Remember
-Save the date for the Bethlehem Family Picnic, to be held on Thursday April 25 th from
5:00 – 6:30; the rain date is Thursday, May 2 nd . More information about this fun, family-
friendly event will be forthcoming.
-Pizza Day is Tuesday, May 7 th . Cheese pizza and fruit will be provided for lunch, with
mini-ice cream sandwiches for snack. You do not need to send a lunch to school that
day, unless your child will not or cannot eat pizza.
-Pre-K Graduation will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 9 th . The ceremony will
take place in the sanctuary with a reception to follow in the Banquet Hall; more
information will be provided soon regarding procedures for this event.
-The last day of school is Thursday, May 9 th . This is a half-day, with dismissal at noon.
-Registration for Summer Camp is still open to children ages 2-6. Camp will take place
June 3 rd - June 6 th from 9:00 – 1:30. If interested, please complete your registration
form as soon as possible. If you need a registration form, or have a friend who does,
