December Newsletter

We have so much happening this month and very little time to fit everything in! I hope you’re

ready for a busy few weeks!

Important Dates to Remember

-Breakfast with St. Nick will take place this Saturday, December 2, from 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

in the Banquet Hall. There will be crafts, games, food and fun for everyone! As well as St. Nick!

-Polar Express and Pajama Day for our 3-day program will be Wednesday, December 6. Please

send your child to school in their pajamas; we will enjoy the Polar Express movie and have a

special snack at the end of the day. Miss Samantha’s class will watch a different movie; she will

communicate more about her plans with her class.

-Bethlehem Preschool Class Parties will take place on Thursday, December 7. Each teacher

determines what time this event will take place in her classroom. If you haven’t already

received class-specific information, you will soon receive communication from your teacher

and/or class Room Parent.

-The Bethlehem Preschool Christmas Program will take place in the church sanctuary at 11:00

a.m. on Tuesday, December 12. You will drop your child off as usual at 9:30 a.m. that morning.

When the program concludes, you will take your children home with you. Bethlehem

Preschool will close for the holiday break after the Christmas program ends on Tuesday,

December 12.

Bethlehem Preschool will reopen for our 3-day classes on Wednesday, January 3, 2024; all

classes will return Thursday, January 4, 2024.

-Bethlehem United Methodist Church will hold a family-friendly candlelight Christmas Eve

service at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 24, in the church sanctuary. All children are

welcome to participate in the re-telling of the birth story. Please arrive by 4:00 p.m. to be

directed to the Old Sanctuary to get into costumes.

Important Reminders

-December tuition is due on December 1 and considered late if not paid by December 10. If

you plan to pay using a check, please have that payment to us by Thursday, December 7.

-Please remember to send a “winter weather” change of clothes for your child, if you haven’t

already done so.

Also, we will try to spend our recess time outside on the playground, if the weather permits, so

please make sure your child has a coat, hat, mittens and anything he or she may need to stay

warm.

-Please check out our newly designed website (www.bethlehempreschool.net); like our

Facebook page; and follow us on Instagram (bump2419) for important news and updates.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions, comments or concerns you may have.

Thank you for your continued support of our preschool!
